"I think my love of baking came from my mum. She encouraged me to try new recipes and techniques. I had fun, as well as creating something people seemed to enjoy. So my love for baking was born.

I created lots of cakes and bakes for people at work who were very willing volunteers to try new recipes! Soon people were asking for cakes for birthdays, anniversarys and even weddings!"   - Stephanie

"My mother was a great cook and she gave me many opportunities to help her make cakes and desserts and with her encouragement I ventured into sweets. This is probably why I am so interested in bakery and confectionery . Many of my recipes are influenced by those "far gone days,"of simplicity but great quality.

It gives me a buzz each time a customer sends back very positive feedback. We work every day to bring this quality service to everyone.
